Scott Hyldahl, DPT

Since 1998, Dr. Hyldahl has been helping patients in the Fredericksburg area to eliminate pain, overcome movement dysfunctions and achieve their personal rehabilitation goals. Dr. Hyldahl specializes in the treatment of shoulder impairments, and provides rehabilitation for post-surgical conditions. In addition to providing direct patient care, he has also held administrative positions in outpatient rehabilitation.

Dr. Hyldahl received his undergraduate degree in Health Science from the University of Richmond. He received his Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, Institute of Physical Therapy, in 1998. He completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2007 from Shenandoah University. Dr. Hyldahl has continued to refine his orthopedic skills through post-graduate continuing education courses, which have concentrated on advanced manual therapy skills, as well as evaluation and treatment of the spine and upper and lower extremities.

Dr. Hyldahl is a member of both the Orthopedic Section of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Virginia Physical Therapy Association. He and his family reside in Spotsylvania County.
