OSPTA, Inc. is searching for a full-time physical therapist assistant to work specifically with athletes on both performance and rehabilitation.

In addition, we are looking for two full-time physical therapist assistants to work with our general orthopedic population.

Physical therapy aides are needed for our medical facility, as well. Experience and/or an applicable degree are a plus, but we will train the right person.

OSPTA is a PT owned private practice, with two offices in the Fredericksburg area, totaling 12,000 square feet. The offices are similarly equipped with fairly large gyms utilizing a variety of specialized equipment. Manual therapy and therapeutic exercise are a focus of this practice. We have a low patient to therapist ratio with excellent support staff.
