Marshall Rennie, DPT, OCS

Marshall RennieDr. Rennie, a partner in the practice since 2002, focuses on the care of shoulder and knee condi­tions.  In addition, he specializes in restoring func­tion, strength and endurance to patients following    work-related injuries.  Dr. Rennie also consults with local businesses on the prevention of on-the-job accidents.

Dr. Rennie received undergraduate degrees in Biol­ogy and Psychology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.  He received both his Master of Physical Therapy degree in 1996 and his Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2005 from Shenandoah University.  Dr. Rennie has continued to refine his orthopedic skills through post-graduate continuing education courses on work-place ergonomic design, evaluation and treatment of work-place injuries and the treatment of  knee and shoulder conditions. 

Dr. Rennie was a contributing author to a medical textbook, The Low Back Pain Handbook.   He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the Virginia Physical Therapy Association, and the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine.
